Terms and Conditions of Use
Love forever SL, a company registered in Spain, holder of company tax identification number B-36450740, at Calle Xinzo Picoto nº 14 de Ponteareas, Cp 36860 Pontevedra (Spain).
Our service is only available to you if you agree to be bound by this agreement under current laws.
- Love Forever S.L. reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any reason free of any interpretation by the company.
- Love forever is for adults only. You must be eighteen or over to register as a member. Please do not try to register if you are not yet 18.
You state that:
“I am 18 or older. I have Read and Accept the Terms, Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of Love Forever S.L.”
Registering as a member implies that you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use for the service provided by Love Forever S.L
- As an adult (over 18 years of age), you are solely liable for any information contained in your personal profile and for any communication with other www.iloveforever.com members. Love Forever, S.L. cannot and therefore does not monitor and control the use members make of our site. This means that you must agree to accept sole liability for your actions, under current laws. You will also be bound by this Membership Agreement. You must agree to and accept your share of liability for the lawfulness of your actions under current laws. In no event shall Love Forever, S.L. be liable for the use members make of our website.
- Members must not and may not use the service provided by Love Forever S.L. to send or advertise offensive material, including improper language, explicit allusions to sex, and photographic material that does not meet the agreed terms and conditions.
- As a registered or non-registered member, it is a violation of these rules to remain in contact with members who have requested you to stop contacting them due to harassment. Members are solely liable for ensuring that their behavior is lawful and fully complies with current legislation. Members shall not hold Love Forever S.L. liable for any breach of the applicable law and any clause of the terms and conditions of this Member Agreement. Likewise, you will hold Love Forever S.L. harmless of any legal action (Included the claims, court actions, lawsuits and procedures, in relation to this section) that may be brought against Love Forever, S.L.
- You may not include in your Personal Profile any information that will facilitate the possibility of finding you or getting into contact with you, and that includes details about your identity (name, telephone number, postal address or place of residence, and any other information that may lead to a contact).
Love Forever, S.L.:

Reserves the right, without limitation, to suspend any member who does not accept and comply with the terms and conditions herein, including when a member is suspected of being related (by conviction or in any other manner) with any type of fraud or unlawful activity related to our service, or at any time, with or without the member’s consent. If you decide to suspend or terminate the service, Love Forever S.L. shall have no obligation towards you for any reason that the company deems convenient, and you waive any rights you may have with Love Forever S.L. in relation to such behavior.

Love Forever S.L. may hide a Personal Profile if they deem that it to be offensive, until the offensive part has been changed. Love Forever S.L. reserves the right to remove all or part of a Personal Profile linked to their page if:
- Love Forever S.L. receives a summons, claim or request to do so from any government department or agency.
- Love Forever S.L. may terminate your membership at any time and at their sole discretion and with no obligation and responsability to you. If you decide to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, you thereby waive any rights you may have with Love Forever S.L.
- Love Forever S.L. shall not be liable for any information and material sent or received via this service.
- Love Forever S.L. may have and has the right to update the terms and conditions of use at any time and shall publish the updated version on their Website. Members will be bound by the updated terms and conditions thereafter. The Member Agreement may not be changed by any other manner.
- Love Forever S.L. shall not be liable for your compliance with the terms and conditions herein, notwithstanding the fact that the terms and conditions herein specify the behavior that is unacceptable for our service.
- In order to prevent any indirect consequential damages or loss, Love Forever S.L. does not allow you to deviate from the rules of service. In addition, Love Forever S.L. waives any liability they may have under current legislation for any acts and omissions made by you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Member Agreement seeks to restrict or exclude any liabilities attributable to Love Forever S.L. under current legislation. According to law, any failure on your part to notify Love Forever S.L., before 12 months have elapsed, of any legal action (summons, lawsuits, procedures and claims) taken against them shall harmless Love Forever S.L. of any blame in such legal actions against them (summons, lawsuits, procedures and claims).
- Love Forever, S.L. warns you that there may be some risk involving false identities, minors and unlawful proposals because the Website is open to Internet users and members in other countries.
- Love Forever, S.L. cannot ensure that members are who they say they are. Therefore, you will need to use caution in your contacts with other members.
- Love Forever, S.L. will not and cannot be involved in Member-to-Member contacts and activities. In the event that you have a conflict with another member, you hereby hold Love Forever S.L. harmless for any legal action against them (summons, lawsuits, procedures and claims) of any nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or not suspected, revealed or not revealed, that is the result of or related to a concrete conflict, within what is permissible by law.
- You shall be solely liable for the information provided in your Personal Profile. Love Forever, S.L. is only a passive vehicle for advertising and publishing your information on our Website. Love Forever S.L. will take any action we deem necessary and appropriate in regards to your information.
- Love Forever, S.L. may change or remove all or part of your personal information if we deem that it risks making make us legally liable or cause us damage (either in full or in part).
- You must ensure that your personal information is not:
- defamatory
- slander
- unlawfully threatening or harassment
- obscene
- does not contain child pornography.
- This Member Agreement shall be used and construed according to the laws of Spain. Registered and non-registered members of this Website submit irrevocably and exclusively to the courts and tribunals of Spain. In the case that i love forever s.l takes part in any propcess, the jurisdiction and compentencia will be of the courts of pontevedra (Spain).
- The provisions herein are varied. If any provision in this Member Agreement is deemed void or not applicable, it may be removed. The remaining provisions shall continue to be in force.
- Any event related to a breach on your part of this Member Agreement that has a potentially unsatisfactory outcome for Love Forever, S.L. shall not prevent our right to act in relation to subsequent or similar breaches.
- The Member Agreement may not be construed against us solely because it was produced by Love Forever, S.L.
Furthermore, this Member Agreement requires an understanding and agreement between Love Forever, S.L. and you on this issue.
